Free body corporate fees

At the moment, Kerepeti is offering everyone who buys an apartment at Uku or Kerewhenua free body corporate fees for two years.* We will cover the fees for all apartments which settle before 5pm on 30 June 2020, allowing you to focus on decorating and settling into your new home.

  • New Sale and Purchase agreements that are entered into during the promotional period of 1 March 2020 and 5pm on 30 June 2020 inclusive.

  • Eligible sales are at the full advertised sale price of the property with no other incentives/promotions.

  • This offer is limited to sales of units within the Kerewhenua (2 Onekiritea Road) and Uku (57 Mapou Road) Apartment buildings. 

  • For clarity, the Promotion will only apply to the following units;

    • Kerewhenua Apartments Units – G06, 203, 205, 207, 302, 303, 305, 307, 403.
    • Uku Apartment Units – G02, 107, 307, 407, 408, 501, 505, 508.
  • The Vendor (Hobsonville Development Limited Partnership) will pay the Body Corporate Standard Levy (which consists of the Operating Fund and Reserve Fund contributions only) for the first two years of the respective Body Corporate operation. 

  • Settlement must occur no later than 5pm 30 June 2020. If settlement occurs later than 5pm 30 June 2020 then the Promotion will not apply.

  • This offer is limited to the standard Body Corporate Levy and excludes any additional levies that the Body Corporate may charge within this period.

  • If the Standard Body Corporate Levies for the second-year increase by more than 10 per cent the purchaser will be liable for any additional amounts.

  • The first year’s levy will be paid on settlement. The second year’s fee will be paid once finalised and levied by the body corporate. The purchaser will be responsible for sending the invoice to [email protected]. The vendor will pay the levies direct to the body corporate.
