Two neighbourhoods within one special development
Kerepeti, meaning moulded or pliable clay, has shaped our communities for centuries. From the bowls we use to serve food to our families to the bricks we use to build our homes. In Māori tradition, Hineahuone, considered to be the first female human, was formed from the clay at Kurawaka, making this more than just an artistic material but a blood relative. The bond between humanity and Papatūānuku (earth).
Today new neighbourhoods are being developed at Hobsonville Point. Made up of two lots, Kerewhenua and Uku, Kerepeti will consist of over 200 homes in a mix of sizes and styles. From apartments to terrace houses, Kerepeti has something for everyone.
