Kerepeti’s Uku neighbourhood is looking fantastic as it starts to quickly take shape. The first three and four-bedroom terrace homes are now complete with titles expected to be issued in June.
A show home within Uku is currently open every weekend from 12-3pm, with viewings at other times by appointment.
The apartment building is well underway, with the roof on and things progressing on track for completion in early 2019. A roof shout to celebrate the progress so far occurred this week, and work continues. The facade is looking great underneath the building wrap with brick cladding complete on the ground floor and levels one and two. Window joinery and glazing has reached level three.
Uku’s walk-ups and units, numbers 20-41, are on track for completion in the next few months, with move-in dates before the end of 2018. In units 20-29, the kitchens are in. Deck balustrades are set to be installed this week, and cladding is underway.
In units 30-41, the kitchens have been installed and tiling is underway. The showers are being installed at the moment.
The terraces from number 12 through to 19 are complete, and the surrounding laneways are under construction with final completion scheduled for October 2018.
Come and have a look at the progress as this neighbourhood takes shape, and visit the Uku show home at 63 Mapou Road, Hobsonville Point.
