In 2015 Ngāi Tahu Property teamed up with the New Zealand Super Fund and New Ground Capital to create Kerepeti – an exciting community of 208 new homes in Hobsonville Point, north-west Auckland.

The first two neighbourhoods - Uku and Kerewhenua, respectively named for the blue and yellow clays found in the area – are complete and ready to occupy terrace homes and apartments now selling.

Ngāi Tahu Property’s latest residential development, Kōkōwai, follows the success of the Uku and Kerewhenua neighbourhoods at Kerepeti, Hobsonville Point. Named for the clays found around Hobsonville Point, Kerepeti is becoming an established and vibrant community.
