Kerepeti is a
Ngāi Tahu Property development

Mō tātou, ā, mō kā uri ā muri ake nei. We drive profit but are purpose driven and live by the values handed to us by Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu. Through excellence in sustainable land use, an inter-generational approach to investment, and a commitment to developing environmentally sensitive new buildings and communities, we ensure that we leave a treasured bequest for future generations of Ngāi Tahu.

Kerepeti Update January 2019

We hope everyone has had a great beginning to the year. At Kerepeti we’ve had a busy start preparing for a big 2019 which will see our community in the Uku and Kerewhenua neighbourhoods grow and thrive!

There’s plenty to celebrate already – Fullers 360 responded to a groundswell of demand from Hobsonville Point residents and has kicked off a 12-month weekend ferry trial in January. This is a brilliant addition to the weekday commuter service between the ferry terminal in the Auckland CBD to Hobsonville Point and the Kerepeti team hopes people take advantage of the service to cruise over and explore this great community.

There’s so much to see and do - including browsing the famous Catalina Bay Farmers Market, relaxing with a great coffee in a cafe, or exploring the Te Ara Manawa o Onekiritea coastal walkway. And kids of all ages are bound to love the adventures on offer in the Point’s award-winning parks!

The Kerepeti team is also excited about the new Little Creatures Micro-Brewery which is holding a gala opening on Waitangi Day. The Aussie craft beer makers chose to make Hobsonville Point their first New Zealand home. We reckon that says a lot about our vibrant community! If you’re in the neighbourhood on Wednesday February 6, pop into the Kerepeti display suite. After you see our wide portfolio of terrace houses and apartments, you’re bound to find the perfect place for you.

Kerepeti is also proud to launch the Uku Show Apartment on the corner of Hobsonville Point Road and Squadron Drive this weekend. It is now open to view every Saturday and Sunday between 9am and 3pm.

To help us celebrate we have invited the Coast FM team and some furry friends from the Dog Protection Society NZ to welcome visitors on Sunday, 3 February between 1pm and 3pm. If you’re considering a carefree apartment lifestyle for you and you want to bring your dog or cat, grab a coffee from the Coast Coffee Cart and have a chat to the Kerepeti team about our pet-friendly development.

Our focus on providing quality, choice and diversity of design across the Kerepeti development is reflected in this European-style complex. The whole building has been carefully crafted with a mix of two- and three-bedroom apartments with generous floorplans which ensure a spacious, airy feel.

There are 22 apartments available with prices starting from $710,000.  The upper levels also feature amazing views over Hobsonville Point.

Unlike many other developments which sell off-plan, Kerepeti gives buyers the security of knowing that what they see is exactly what they will get. They’re selling now and prompt buyers will be able to move in early autumn.
