Kerepeti is a
Ngāi Tahu Property development

Mō tātou, ā, mō kā uri ā muri ake nei. We drive profit but are purpose driven and live by the values handed to us by Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu. Through excellence in sustainable land use, an inter-generational approach to investment, and a commitment to developing environmentally sensitive new buildings and communities, we ensure that we leave a treasured bequest for future generations of Ngāi Tahu.

Construction Update December 2018

There has been plenty of activity at Kerepeti over the past few months!  We have seen our first residents move in, many of the terrace homes have been finished and construction on both the apartment buildings is complete.  If you can imagine yourself living within Kerepeti, don’t hesitate contacting our sales manager, Geoff Polglase for more information.

Construction Update: Uku Apartments

Construction of the Uku Apartments has been completed by building contractors Haydn & Rollett. The focus now turns to landscaping the surrounding laneways and installing finishing touches such as balustrades and safety barriers required for council sign-off.  This work is expected to be completed over the next couple of months.

These apartments have been architecturally designed to catch plenty of sun all year round and as our Haydn & Rollett Project Manager says, they have some of the best views over Hobsonville Point and the harbour.  The Uku Apartments are available to view now.  We anticipate that they will be ready to settle in March/April 2019. We will provide further updates on settlement as we receive more information on Council and LINZ sign off timings.
